I come from Damascus, one of the oldest continuously inhabited cities in the world, a place where food is more than a meal—it’s a tradition passed down through generations.
My grandparents were farmers who lived from the land. They planted their own vegetables, harvested their own crops, and gathered around the table to share meals prepared with simple, fresh ingredients. They believed that the best food begins with quality ingredients grown with care and respect.
